Yes. Diddly Squat Farm Shop has no tickets and no booking: you arrive at 5–12 Chipping Norton Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 3PE, join the queue and walk in. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 09:30 to 16:30, including bank holidays, and it is closed every Monday. The café serves food until 15:00; the bar stays open until 16:30.
What you can and can't see. Diddly Squat is a working farm, and the farm itself is not open to visitors. The public gets the shop, the lambing barn and the outdoor seating. The farm runs no tours of its own, and no tour — ours included — can promise you'll meet Jeremy, Kaleb or Gerald.
The queue. On sunny weekends, and in the weeks after a new series lands in early summer, visitors report waiting 45 to 60 minutes or more to get into the shop, even when they arrive early. The shop warns that the queue can close a little before 16:30 on very busy days. Tuesday to Thursday, arriving for the 09:30 opening, is the quietest window.
45–60 minreported weekend queue; Tuesday to Thursday at 09:30 is the quietest window.
When a tour makes more sense. If you're driving and only want the shop, going yourself costs nothing but fuel and your place in the queue. Without a car, the practical route is the train to Charlbury and the X9 bus towards Chipping Norton — about £20 return from Oxford.
If you want the places around the shop as well — Chadlington, the flour mill, the Farmer's Dog — the mini-coach tour from Moreton-in-Marsh covers all eight places from the show for £62 and doesn't stand in the shop queue.
